Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade instantly from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Upgrades are immediate.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade below your current property count, existing properties remain visible but you cannot add new ones until you are within your plan limits.
What is "Sonnet AI" vs standard AI?
Pro and Enterprise use Claude Sonnet — Anthropic's more powerful model — for legal document extraction, AI alerts, and lease summaries. It detects subtle financial risk clauses that simpler models miss.
How does the AVM (property value) work?
Automated valuation is generated by AI (Google Gemini) using public market data — comparable sales for residential properties, and the income approach (NOI ÷ market cap rate) for commercial and multi-family. It's an estimate, not a professional appraisal. Refresh manually up to your plan's limit.
