Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. You can use it indefinitely with 1 property and 2 units. Lifetime caps on AI features (not monthly resets) give you a real taste of the product before upgrading.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade instantly from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Upgrades are immediate.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade below your current property count, existing properties remain visible but you cannot add new ones until you are within your plan limits.

What is "Sonnet AI" vs standard AI?

Pro and Enterprise use Claude Sonnet — Anthropic's more powerful model — for legal document extraction, AI alerts, and lease summaries. It detects subtle financial risk clauses that simpler models miss.

How does the AVM (property value) work?

Automated valuation is powered by Rentcast for residential properties. Your current value is refreshed automatically once per month, or on demand up to your plan's limit.
